Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3-4 business days after payment is received. During peak times, holidays, or new product launches, processing may take slightly longer.
US Domestic Shipping (U.S. Orders)
Orders are prepared and shipped within 3–4 business days.
Shipping is $6 for orders under $70, and free for orders of $70 or more.
We ship using USPS or UPS, depending on the best available service. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
International Shipping
We ship internationally using USPS First-Class International or USPS Priority Mail International. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delays or Lost Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please understand that once a package is in transit, delays due to the postal carrier, customs, or weather are beyond our control.
