This website is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform to sell our products and services to you.

1. Product Information

InkLotus offers a curated selection of handcrafted jewelry, gifts, and some factory-manufactured jewelry. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images, but due to the handmade nature of many items, slight variations may occur.

2. Ordering & Payments

We accept secure payments via Shopify Payments and PayPal. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Customers can choose to create an account for a more personalized shopping experience or check out as guests — no account required.

3. Returns & Exchanges

We’re happy to offer refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • A refund will be issued once the item is received in its original condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

For orders $70 or more, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note that custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

4. Shipping Policy

Domestic (U.S.) Orders
Orders are prepared and shipped within 3–4 business days.

Shipping is $6 for orders under $70, and free for orders of $70 or more.
We ship using USPS or UPS, depending on the best available service. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

International Orders
We ship internationally using USPS First-Class International or USPS Priority Mail International. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

Please note that international orders are not eligible for free shipping, regardless of order value. Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing.

5. Safety Disclaimer

Our jewelry is designed for women, men, and children (including young kids and teens). However, our products are not intended for unsupervised use by infants or very small children.
Some pieces may contain small parts (like beads or charms) that could pose a choking hazard.
InkLotus is not liable for any harm caused by misuse, including accidental ingestion by children.

6. Natural Gemstones & Crystals

All gemstones and crystals sold by InkLotus are natural. That means they may include small imperfections, color variations, inclusions, or surface textures. These are not flaws but rather a testament to their authenticity and organic origin.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these natural characteristics.
