We are happy to offer a refund or exchange if the ring has not been adjusted and remains in its original condition. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and return the item within 10 days of delivery. A full refund will be issued once the item is received. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Shipping

All U.S. orders are processed and shipped within 3–4 business days. We offer standard domestic shipping for $6.00 on orders under $70 and free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more.

For international orders, we offer USPS First-Class Package International and USPS Priority Mail International. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing. Please note that international shipping fees are not covered by us and will be calculated at checkout, regardless of order value. Customers are also responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes required by their country.

Packaging
Your ring will arrive in a black jewelry box, accompanied by a gemstone meaning card. Multiple items may be packaged together in one box. If you prefer separate boxes for each item, please leave a note at checkout or send us a message.

If your purchase is a gift, we'd be happy to include a complimentary handwritten gift note. Simply provide the recipient’s name and your message (optional). The package can also be mailed directly to the lucky recipient.
