Refund or Exchange We are glad to provide a refund or an exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship items back within 10 days of delivery. Shipping All U.S. orders are processed and shipped within 3–4 business days. We offer standard domestic shipping for $6.00 on orders under $70 and free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more.
For international orders, we offer USPS First-Class Package International and USPS Priority Mail International. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing. Please note that international shipping fees are not covered by us and will be calculated at checkout, regardless of order value. Customers are also responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes required by their country.
Packaging Your necklace will arrive in a black paper gift box with a gemstone property card. Multiple items may be packed in one box. If you’d like each item packaged separately, please leave a note or message us. For gifts, we can include a free handwritten note card—just provide the recipient’s name and an optional personal message. We can also mail the gift directly to the lucky person.
