Refund or Exchange We are happy to offer a refund or exchange if the ring has not been adjusted and remains in its original condition. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and return the item within 10 days of delivery. A full refund will be issued once the item is received. Shipping All U.S. orders are processed and shipped within 3–4 business days. We offer standard domestic shipping for $6.00 on orders under $70, and free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more.
For international orders, we offer USPS First-Class Package International and USPS Priority Mail International. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing. Please note that international shipping fees are not covered by us and will be calculated at checkout, regardless of order value.
